Are you passionate about HR operations and delivering meaningful employee experiences?
Join us in the HR Shared Services team, where you'll play a key role in supporting seamless On/Offboarding processes and enhancing on-site HR support across the healthcare cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Manager and Team Lead in reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies, processes, and programs.
• Collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners and staff to deliver high-quality, value-adding HR services.
• Administer and execute onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently and accurately.
• Enhance the experience of new hires and departing staff through proactive support during On/Offboarding stages.
• Ensure HR services are delivered in alignment with NUHS policies and comply with relevant legislation.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR service delivery.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy in line with agreed procedures and team standards.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or related discipline.
• At least 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Able to manage high-volume activities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with large data sets.
