Our client is a global MNC in providing engineering solutions.
Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Executive Assistant to be part of their Secretarial Team.
They are located in the East - easily accessible.
Duties of Executive Assistant:
- Provide full administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for executive meetings; track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with project coordination, including timelines, documentation, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
- Support office operations and facilities management, including vendor liaison, supplies, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires and provide general office administration support.
- Organize internal events, team offsites, and leadership engagements.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any field
- Min 2 years of secretarial experience in supporting C-suites
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
