Job Summary:
We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant to support the high-profile Founder of the firm.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-focused, and possess a high level of discretion and professionalism.
You will be responsible for his business and personal calendar, planning and executing luxury private events/ philanthropic endeavours, coordinating international logistics, and managing the family’s travel needs.
This role is ideal for someone who is excited about delivering impeccable service and happy to adapt to ad hoc tasks, as it is a flexible and fast moving role that would require anything from researching luxury lifestyle experiences to designing invites to social parties.
