Responsibilities
· Administrative duties (e.g calendar management, scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense claims, photocopying, printing, new staff onboarding, purchase requisitions, etc.)
· Coordinate functions, training sessions, special events etc
· Collate data and compile various reports for management
Ad hoc projects and other related activities as required
Skills/Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, supporting high-level executives.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience in handling administrative tasks using digital tools and platforms.
