Executive Assistant Job Opening In Singapore, Singapore – Now Hiring Hays

    You will be working with a leading British private equity firm specialised in buyouts, growth funds, equity funds, and credit funds.

  • Your New Role
    You will be supporting a team of 3.

    The team in Singapore is lean and dynamic, comprising senior leaders and marketing support, and works closely with colleagues across the Asia, APAC and US regions.

    As part of this team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless coordination across time zones, managing complex schedules, and supporting business development and client engagement activities.

    What You Need to Succeed
  • Proactive calendar management: Comfort in handling complex, global scheduling with multiple time zones (APAC, US centric)
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders, including executives and assistants in the APAC, US regions.

  • Roadshow and conferences: Assist in planning and organising investor events such as roadshows and conferences.

    Coordinating logistics, managing registration, and preparing marketing materials for investor meetings.

  • Organisational excellence: Managing heavy travel arrangements, global conference calls, and expense processing with accuracy.
  • Discretion and judgment: Operating in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Tech-savvy: Experience with Salesforce/SAP Concur or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Industry background: Prior exposure to asset management, private equity, investor relations or buy-side environments is a must-have requirement.
