Job Description
The Company
Our client is A US MNC within the food industry and have a global presence.
They are currently looking for a Part time Executive Assistant to support their Vice President.
The Role
Supporting the Vice President, you will be responsible for day to day secretarial duties such as travel and hotel arrangement, preparation of materials for meetings, coordination of meetings and events, calendaring, responding to emails, liaising with internal stakeholders regionally, handling expense claims, application of visa as well as assist with any related ad hoc office administrative tasks.
Your Profile
You should have degree or diploma in secretarial/business discipline and bring along with you a minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in the relevant capacity.
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a high degree of professionalism, are detailed oriented, can work independently, have good time management as well as problem solving skills.
