Key Responsibilities:
Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and key events.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings by drafting agendas, recording minutes, and tracking action items to ensure timely follow-ups.
Act as a key liaison between the President and both internal teams and external partners, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion.
Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries, including accommodations and logistics.
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external engagements.
Provide comprehensive support for board and executive meetings, including event logistics and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
At least 7 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership, ideally within a multinational environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
