The Marketing and Communications team at Busy Bees Asia supports the growth and visibility of a portfolio of leading early childhood education brands across the region.
As a Marketing Brand Executive, you will play a key operational role in supporting marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across multiple preschool brands, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.
This position is ideal for a driven, detail-oriented marketer with 1–2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about brand building in the education space.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground channels.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital) and external vendors (designers, agencies) to deliver marketing materials and assets on time.
Support lead generation and promotional efforts across digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Track and compile campaign results, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and provide insights for performance optimisation.
Assist in website content updates, social media postings, and email marketing coordination.
Support events, centre launches, and other brand initiatives with on-ground logistics and marketing support.
Maintain marketing databases, image libraries, and brand asset folders.
Monitor market trends and competitors' activities; share insights with the team.
Assist in managing marketing budgets and raising POs as needed.
