Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to understand business goals and strategies.Translate business strategies into actionable frameworks and roadmaps. Create / Own Functional architecture blueprint Define, document, and maintain business capabilities required to achieve strategic objectives.Develop capability maps to guide decision-making and prioritize investments.
Identify synergies and maximize reuseDevelop maturity model for the Business capabilities to deliver solutions with the right degree of MaturityFor each of the capability , identify right sourcing options (build, buy ,rent..)Create / update Initiative roadmap, identify dependencies across initiatives to deliver required business outcomesWork with IT to map systems against capabilities , identify capability gapsAlign Functional architecture with Regional and Global teamCreate / own Front to back Process maps, with a mindset to drive process efficiencies and continous improvementsWork with UX teams to deliver the best of Omni-Channel expriences across all touch points Data Monetization: Ensure right functional design to unlock Data across the whole WB Value chainIdentify and design for adoption of Agentic use cases Process Optimization: Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions. Enterprise Architecture Integration: Work closely with IT architects to ensure alignment between business and technology strategies.Provide input on technology solutions that support business needs. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and other stakeholders.Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align priorities. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by ensuring business processes and capabilities are adaptable.Provide guidance on the impact of changes to business operations. Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business strategies.Report on business performance and recommend improvements. Risk Management: Identify risks associated with business strategies and operations.Develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges. Team Build and management: To build a high performing team of domain expertise, fostering a culture of innovation, compliance and industry best practice. Skills and Qualifications:
Strong Business skills across all aspects of WB (Cash, Trade, Treasury)Deep technical knowhow of latest technologies (Cloud , Data)Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and enterprise architecture.Knowledge of business modeling frameworks and tools (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.Experience with business modeling tools and techniques.Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
