Ensure that all projects to be implemented are completed on time, within approved project costs and of quality consistent with the contract specifications and statutory compliance.
Able to carry out trending and analysis on data into useful information.
Prepare tender specifications for maintenance and replacement of building services.
Oversee and manage the building/system monitoring system.
Supervise the installation of contractor programs.
Co‐ordinate with consultant, contractor and site staff to ensure that M&E/building services equipment supplied is of good quality and installed with a high standard of workmanship.
Collaborate and work together with the team members for the design concept arising from new project proposals.
Work closely with Procurement team for the calling of tenders.
What You'll Need:
Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related discipline from a university recognized by the Singapore PE Board.
At least 5 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical works, preferably with commercial office and retail experience.

Candidate with project management, project finance management, and contract management experience is preferred.
Possess negotiation, analytical, problem‐solving and leadership skills.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work under stress and independently.
Interest and knowledge in IoT and related devices.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
