The Executive, Exhibition and Business Development will be responsible for driving sales growth, supporting branding initiatives, and ensuring service excellence through direct customer engagement.
The role requires active participation in international tradeshows and exhibitions to promote ROYAL INSIGNIA's brand, products, and services, while building and maintaining strong business relationships locally and overseas.
He/ she should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
He/ she should be highly resourceful and effective in communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to interact with the different stakeholders involve.
He/ she is creative, resourceful, able to work under pressure within tight deadlines and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Represent the Company at Tradeshows & Exhibitions
- Attend international and regional exhibitions, networking events, and tradeshows.
- Manage exhibition preparation including collateral, product samples, booth setup, and client meetings.
- Engage potential clients during events and follow up post-event to convert leads into opportunities.
- Report outcomes and insights to management for strategic planning.

Service Excellence & Client Relationship Management
- Deliver excellent customer service and professional representation of Royal Insignia.
- Handle client queries, feedback, or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Build long-term relationships and maintain regular contact to update clients on new products and services.
3.
Drive Business Development & Sales
- Research, identify, and engage new markets, industries, and customers locally and overseas.
- Support the Founder in developing and closing sales opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, and follow-up documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and monitor market trends for actionable insights.
- Provide after-sales service and updates to ensure client satisfaction.
4.
Operations & Internal Collaboration
- Coordinate with Operations and Design teams to ensure client orders meet technical specifications, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Share client and market feedback to support product development and company improvements.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of client and company information.
5.
Administrative Support
- Assist the Founder with business development tasks including research, order tracking, and client updates.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for overseas business trips, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documents to enable effective decision-making.
Requirements:
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas frequently.
- Nitec/Diploma in Business Management / Marketing Major.
- Knowledge of luxury products, branding, or international markets is a plus.
