Executive (Facilities Allocation)
1-Year Contract | 2 Positions Available | Up to $3,500/month
Location: Near Kallang area
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for managing facility bookings for the respective facilities of the organisation, supporting both internal stakeholders and external organisations.
This includes processing requests, handling enquiries, resolving booking issues, and helping with data reporting and payment tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate booking requests from organisations
- Allocate facilities based on stakeholder priorities
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve booking conflicts
- Track compliance with booking terms and collect payments
- Maintain booking records using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare reports and presentation slides for approvals
- Support user testing and admin tasks on the booking system
- Maintain SOPs for booking processes
- Manage the team's email inbox and respond promptly
- Handle quotations, feedback, and complaints professionally
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (facility booking experience a plus)
