We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR professional to join the HRSS Team in delivering efficient, consistent, and compliant HR operational support across multiple business units.
This position plays a vital role in overseeing the execution of post-onboarding employee lifecycle processes and driving system and process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility
- Lead and oversee a data management team to ensure timely and accurate processing of HR data across the organisation.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved, regularly reviewed, and refined when required.
- Act as a subject matter expert in HR data management, overseeing agreed processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislative requirements.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and business partners.
- Review and analyse work processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Undertake additional projects or duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of HR Operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
- Experience in payroll administration will be an advantage.
- Proficient in HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and MS Office applications (Excel & Word).
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and accuracy in execution.
- High initiative, independence, and proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
