Executive, IT Support
Responsibilities:
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 10, MS Office, and other common software (SW)Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, projectors, and any other peripheral equipmentDeal with hardware (HW) and SW support queries and issues reported by end usersEngage with vendors wherever required to resolve issues related to HW/SWResponsible for tracking hardware and software inventory via ITAM softwareFamiliarize end users on basic software, hardware, and peripheral device operationResponsible for administration of IP telephony systemsResponsible for administration of VPN usersWork with other operation teams to resolve issuesTravel between different sites in Singapore when necessaryPerform other tasks as designated by the management Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in IT/ Computer Science or equivalentAt least 1 – 2 years of experience in IT Support or Information SystemsHands-on experience on Win10, Active Directory and O365Entry-level network troubleshooting skills and understanding of networking.Intermediate proficiency in Excel is requiredStrong communication skills.Able to work independently or a in team setting.
