Executive, Learning Job Opening In North East Community Development Council – Now Hiring Select Group Pte Ltd


Job description

Select Group is looking for someone who is passionate about F&B business to join our HR team as we expand our business.

This candidate will be assisting the Learning & Development (L&D) team with facilitating and coordinating the learning and development plans and administrative works of the L&D department.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the collation of Training Needs Analysis
  • Assisting in the development of Employee Career Pathways
  • Liaising with Training Providers on training schedule and arrangements
  • Generating of L&D progress reports and tracking
  • Keeping accurate records of Training Attendance and Training Records
  • Working with relevant authorities to administer Training Grants/Claims
  • Monitoring on Training schedules and Training room bookings
  • Assisting L&D Team in giving Training support
  • Assisting L&D Audits and Training documentation matters
  • Performing Training-related duties at the Administrative level
  • Assisting the Talent team in Employee Engagement Activities as required
  • Any other duties as may be assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Management or other relevant courses
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Meticulous in Data Entry and System Data Management
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Good Team player
  • Candidates with WSQ ACTA / ACLP certification will have an added advantage
