Executive, Operations (Partnership)
Job scope:
Manage queries and deliver dedicated customer support to our Contractual Representatives (Trading Representatives and Financial Advisors).Gather and document user requirements, and serve as the liaison for system enhancements.Oversee the accurate and timely processing of daily incoming and outgoing Telegraphic Transfers.Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.Handle service support and operational tasks, including email communications, cheque dispatches, and other ad-hoc assignments.Coordinate and support projects and corporate events.Support continuous process transformation by leveraging automation, reviewing workflows, engaging users for feedback, and recommending innovative system improvementsUndertake additional responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in any discipline.Strong process-oriented mindset with a service-focused approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, resourceful, and able to take initiative.Familiarity with automation platforms, RPA tools, or coding and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, or similar) will be an advantage
