The National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore, is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Executive, Outreach, Publicity and Planning in the Office of Graduate Studies & Professional Learning (GPL).
This is a 2-year contract position.

Responsibilities
Generate ideas and create engaging content for social media platforms to reach local and international prospective students and learners.
Support the development of digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid), including content for publicity materials, collaterals, and online advertisements.
Manage and grow mailing lists; create and distribute monthly eDMs to target audiences.
Maintain and update the marketing content calendar to ensure timely rollout of campaigns.
Assist in the planning, coordinating, and running of local and overseas outreach events, including logistics, operations, and event-day support.
Gather data and support the preparation of marketing reports.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
Collaborate closely with faculty, administrative colleagues, and key stakeholders to drive impactful marketing outcomes.
Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
At least a Polytechnic Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, branding, advertising, or digital media.
Proven ability to design and produce marketing materials, including print collaterals, digital articles, social media artwork, short-form videos, and multimedia content.
Proficiency in design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva or equivalent).
Familiarity with social media advertising and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) will be an advantage.
Strong administrative and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with experience in teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
Meticulous, creative, and detail-oriented with a keen eye for compelling storytelling and visuals.
Willingness to travel and/or work on weekends when required.
