Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- This is a part-time role (2–3 days per week), with salary pro-rated from the full-time amount stated.
- Provide bilingual (Chinese & English) support in communication, scheduling, and coordination.
- Assist the Senior Management with day-to-day tasks, including calendar management, meeting arrangements, and client coordination.
- Prepare and handle simple documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate deliveries, courier services, and vendor arrangements.
- Run small errands (e.g., purchasing/fetching items) as needed.
- Assist with planning and organizing client meetings, events, or travel logistics.
Perform ad-hoc administrative and personal support tasks.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (spoken & written).
- Minimum Diploma qualification with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Organized, reliable, and able to handle tasks independently.
- Strong communication skills, discreet, and professional.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn about CSP operations and family office services.
- Open to flexible working hours and task-based arrangements
