Manage operations and learning administration
- Ensure timely preparation of classes (for Pre-Operations Team).
- Coordinate preparation of course materials (including ordering of e-courseware, licenses, digital labs), refreshments ordering and attendance lists.
- Coordinate with on-site Operations team to ensure classes are ready to start.
- Send confirmation/cancellation letters to trainees before commencement of classes.
- Coordinate learner registration for corporate clients.
- Support coordination of trainee transfer of classes.
- Liaise with external assessment centres for booking of assessments.
- Record daily tasks completed for reporting.
Manage stakeholders
- Handle enquiries from public, corporate clients, trainers and trainees on logistics and administrative related matters.
- Maintain good customer service relationships at all times.
- Liaise with Corporate Sales Team on dates and attendance updates.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or equivalent qualifications
- Good complaint resolution skills will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of supported courses will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of training administration systems will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate will be an advantage
