Job description

As part of the Operations Department, the Executive will primarily support the administration, processing, and smooth execution of Education Financial Assistance Scheme (EFAS) and other operational tasks.

The role requires strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills.

The primary focus is on administration and operations with additional responsibilities in supporting programme-related areas.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Application Administration and Processing

  • Administer and process applications for EFAS and other student schemes.

  • Provide clear and timely communication on programme guidelines, application procedures and outcome.

2.

Operational Support and Efficiency

  • Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental functions.

  • Use digital tools to streamline workflows and support continuous process improvements.

3.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for parents, tutors, service providers, and volunteers on administrative matters.

  • Handle queries and provide assistance to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

4.

Programme Support

Plan, co-ordinate and manage academic and enrichment programmes in partnership with external collaborators.

5.

Event and Project Assistance

Organise or assist in the execution of events and special projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • Relevant experience in operations or administration.

  • Strong attention to details with good organisational and multi-tasking abilities.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with a service-oriented attitude.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with people from diverse backgrounds.

  • Ability to converse, read, and write in Mandarin/ Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking beneficiaries.

  • Driven to solve problems, improve work processes, and leverage on AI tools to enhance efficiency in daily tasks.
