Vehicle Ordering:
Raise vehicle production orders. Submit vehicle orders for management’s approval. Create vehicle details in the system. Track, upload and report shipment arrivals. Report on vehicle inventory. Assist vehicle stock take. Duty Permit Declarations:
Declare duty permit in the Customs Portal upon shipment arrival. Update duty permit detail in the system. Submit duty payment to Finance Department Vehicle Storage Allocation:
Efficiently allocate storage space for incoming vehicles Vehicle Homologation:
Liaise with factory to obtain vehicle test report/documents/letter. Submit homologation documents, photos, and application via LTA Portal. Ensure homologation approval before vehicle launches. Dealers & Sales Consultants:
Provide ongoing support to address any issues encounter by Dealers and Sales Consultants Vehicle Sales Agreement Verification & Others:
Verify Vehicle Sales Agreement and customer data. Tag stock accurately. Issue purchase order for new vehicles. Vehicle registration. Stock Take. Other ad-hoc project assigned. Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holder in any related field
Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in automotive industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer savvy is a must
Meticulous and good in communication skills
Team Player
Able to work in a fast pace environment
