Executive / Senior Director, Restructuring
Based in Singapore, you will help expand the Restructuring Practice through marketing and selling work, managing relationships, and leading projects.

Our Restructuring and Insolvency practice helps companies stabilize financial and operational performance during under‐performing periods or liquidity crises, and we regularly participate in judicial management and the winding up of companies.
This role is based in Singapore as part of A&M’s expanding Southeast Asia practice.
Your role and responsibilities
Business Development and Leadership: Build a robust plan to generate deal flow and develop a sustainable business, strengthen offerings, broaden routes to market, cultivate senior relationships, and collaborate with the global partnership group.
Client Project Execution: Review 13‐week cash flow models and other financial models; conduct initial diagnostic assessments; evaluate business plans and projections; contribute to performance monitoring after implementation; assist in court processes in Singapore and other applicable countries.
Team Management: Train and mentor junior staff.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and eligible for Insolvency Practitioner License.
15+ years of restructuring experience in Singapore/Southeast Asia.
Proven relationships with financial institutions, funds, and/or corporates that lead to work generation.
Ability to manage all aspects of restructuring; strong financial modeling and accounting knowledge.
Quantitative analytical skills: knowledge of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications; credit analysis.
Proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal and Capital IQ.
Excellent verbal and written English; other Asian languages are a plus.
Proven track record in business development and strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff.
