- Manage pre-and post-course administrative matters for each new programme to ensure smooth execution and running of all programmes.
- Manage and approve online course registrations via the Training Management System, and liaise with registrants to verify eligibility and course requirements.
- Coordinate with trainers and partners to develop and update teaching materials on the Learning Management System (LMS) before and during the course.
- Work directly with trainers and partners to resolve LMS-related technical issues.
- Provide operational insights to achieve key performance indicators.
- Utilise participants information from data and research to understand trends and opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A good diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience in training institutions or relevant area.
- IT-savvy and proficient in Office 365.
- Proficient in using Training Partners Gateway and Training Management System portal is an added advantage.
- Have an eye for detail, multi-tasking and fast-paced working environment.
- A driven individual with strong creative, analytical and interpersonal skills along with a high degree of personal and professional integrity.
- A resourceful style with the ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple tasks and projects as well as to be a team player who is eager to collaborate with others.
