Key Responsibilities

eLearning Design & Development

  • Design, develop, and implement engaging eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and other multimedia platforms.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex content into interactive, learner-centric digital experiences.

  • Ensure all eLearning content aligns with instructional design best practices and supports organizational learning goals.

Learning Systems & Content Management

  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning content within the LMS, ensuring accessibility and intuitive navigation.

  • Design structured learning pathways and user journeys to enhance learner engagement and completion rates.

  • Assist in maintaining and managing learning systems and tools, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

Learning Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare and generate detailed learning reports using analytics platforms such as Excel and Power BI.

  • Create and manage interactive dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights on key learning metrics, programme effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impact.

  • Track and report learning indicators to inform KPI performance and support sustainability reporting.

Data Management & Integrity

  • Implement robust data management practices to ensure the accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity of learning data.

  • Validate data sources and conduct regular audits to support reliable reporting and analysis.

  • Maintain accurate tracking of learning solutions (eLearning, certifications, etc.) and monitor learner progress across platforms.

Programme Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement processes to assess learning objectives and programme effectiveness.

  • Analyse learning data to evaluate outcomes and drive continuous improvements in learning programmes.

  • Support data-driven decision-making by delivering insights that align learning initiatives with business goals.

System Support & Maintenance

  • Assist in maintaining and managing learning systems and tools to ensure optimal performance and user accessibility.

  • Ensure data integrity within the LMS and other learning platforms to enable effective monitoring and reporting.

Ad-Hoc Projects and Duties

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned, contributing to broader learning and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Statistics, Education Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Well-versed in business or data analytics, with experience in learning metrics and reporting.

  • Strong ability to connect data insights to strategic goals and maintain a big-picture perspective.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Passion for digital learning, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven ability to create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI is a plus.
