(What the role is)
As a support staff, your role is to support policies and schemes in specific functional areas.
(What you will be working on)
As member of a team which manages the development of assessments at ITE Colleges and external co-training partners, you will provide operational support in the following areas:
Development and production of paper-based and digital examination papers.
Setup and maintenance of item and paper banks.
Monitoring and procurement of examination stationery to maintain adequate stock levels.
Preparation of sample examination papers.
Management of assets and store.
Management of web content and examination systems.
(What we are looking for)
At least 2 years of work experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able work well in teams.
Meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems.
