Executive - Technical Support (Events & Projection)
Provide full technical support for internal and external events, initiatives, launches, and hybrid programs.
Set up, operate, and monitor AV equipment including projectors, microphones, audio mixers, monitors, video switchers, and basic lighting systems.
Projection & Screening Operations
Operate all digital and (where applicable) analogue projection systems (DCP, Blu-ray, media servers, etc.) for film screenings and special events.
Ensure all films and content are properly formatted, tested, and ready for scheduled screening.
Coordinate the changeover of trailers, ads, and feature films as required.
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform regular maintenance, calibration, and basic repairs of projection, AV, and lighting equipment.
Identify, report, and upscale technical faults or equipment failures.
Technical Planning & Setup
Assist in planning technical layouts for events, including staging, projection, sound reinforcement, and lighting.
Support load-in, setup, and teardown of event technical equipment.
Maintain technical logs and inventories.
Safety, Training and Standards
Ensure compliance with safety procedures in all technical operations.
Support training of junior projection/AV staff or temporary crew.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and organization in all technical areas.
Job Requirements:
Technical Qualifications:
NTC / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, AV Technology, or related engineering trade.
AVIXA CTS certification or equivalent (preferred).
Experience with digital cinema projectors and cinema servers.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in projection/AV roles, preferably in cinema, theatre, events, or performing arts venues.
Hands‐on experience with AV setups for events including microphones, mixers, speakers, and lighting control boards.

Technically skilled and solutions‐oriented.
Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Calm under pressure and able to handle live technical situations.
Strong team player with good communication skills.
Others:
Flexibility to work shift hours, weekends, public holidays, and late nights as per screening/event schedules.
Must be able to lift heavy objects to handle equipment and technical setups when required.
