What You’ll do
Conducting in-depth asset performance analysis and age profile assessments to inform renewal strategies.Reviewing Transmission & Distribution assets to assess their condition and determine necessary maintenance or replacement actions.Reviewing maintenance and condition monitoring guidelines and polices to optimize asset lifecycle.Developing forward-thinking Asset Management Policies and strategic plans.Managing Asset Re-use and Disposal Guidelines to improve asset reusability and ensure efficient utilizationCollaborating with insurance brokers and insurers to review insurance programs for grid assets.Tracking and monitoring projects from planning to implementation, ensuring seamless execution.Conducting post-mortem analysis of distribution assets to drive continuous improvements.Implementing risk-based approaches for asset renewal and maintenance planning.Interpreting Asset Health Index data to evaluate asset condition and performance.Assessing potential consequences of asset failures and crafting mitigation strategies to enhance grid resilience. What You'll Need
Degree in Electrical Engineer recognised by Professional Engineers Board SingaporeExperience in managing electrical network assetsPossess strong analytical skillsKnowledge in asset management principles (ISO 55000) and industry practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across teamsGood understanding of asset condition assessment and impact of asset failuresExperience conducting post-mortem/root cause analysis of electrical asset failuresFamiliarity with FMECA (failure mode, effects and criticality analysis) concept, risk-based maintenance and renewal strategiesRelevant certification in Asset Management What We’ll Provide:
