Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall management of the dormitory.
- Monitors the briefing of house rules and regulations for newly registered workers.
- Liaise with government authorities, statutory boards, and engineers for approvals related to building management, security, and maintenance.
- Oversee and supervise the dormitory's security team, maintenance team, cleaning personnel, and external service vendors.
- Monitor and record check-in/check-out movements in the system with assistance from the Security Team.
- Respond promptly to emergencies within the dormitory.
- Report violations of dormitory house rules and file incident reports.
- Maintain accurate records of workers' worksites and companies.
- Provide operational support during outbreaks or emergencies such as COVID-19.
- Oversee and monitor meal catering services.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent; specialization in Facilities Management is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with the ability to generate reports and perform data analysis/extraction.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in dormitory operations or related fields are welcome to apply.
