What's this role about?

As an Experience Domain Associate, you will be part of a regional team supporting the implementation of the buyer experience strategy.

This entry-level role is designed for early-career professionals eager to learn and grow within the e-commerce experience space.

Examples of what you'll work on: 1) Support with Market Policy Research
- Support in gathering and summarising e-commerce regulations and industry trends across SEA and global markets.
2) Support Policy Documentation & Communication
- Help draft, localise, and organise user experience strategies documents.

Assist in preparing internal data and analysis.
3) Conduct Data Checks and Support Analysis
- Monitor metrics, and support deep-dive analysis to identify eligibility trends, uncover root causes, and contribute insights that inform user experience improvements and strategies.
4) Review and Escalate Edge Cases
- Assist in reviewing real cases, to uncover customer insights.
5) Cross-functional Collaboration
- Participate in team discussions with key cross-functional stakeholders to improve user experience.

Minimum Qualifications
1) Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Business Administration, Data Analytics, E-commerce, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
2) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
3) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across multiple teams and regions.
4) Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with sound judgment.
5) Proactive mindset with curiosity to learn about new product categories and business dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications
1) Experience in E-commerce.
2) Familiarity with e-commerce regulations user experience landscapes in APAC is a plus.
