**What You’ll Do**



+ **Design with Purpose** : You’ll craft user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that make digital journeys seamless and meaningful.

+ **Bring Interfaces to Life** : You’ll create clean, accessible, and visually engaging interfaces — from typography to micro-interactions — across web and mobile platforms.

+ **Test, Learn, Improve** : You’ll gather feedback through usability testing and iterate designs to meet real user needs.

**Required Skills and Experience**



+ At least **3 years of experience** in experience design, product design, or a related field.

+ A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX/UI and visual design work.

+ Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as **Figma** and/or **Adobe Creative Suite** .

+ Solid understanding of design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

+ Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

+ Familiarity with design systems, interaction design, and usability testing.

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills — organized, self-directed, and thoughtful in approaching complex challenges.



**Preferred Skills and Experience**



+ Formal education, certification, or training in **Graphic Design** , **UX/UI Design** , or **Interaction Design** — or equivalent practical experience.

+ Experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative design processes.

+ Knowledge of emerging technologies and how they influence user experience.

+ Comfort with systems thinking and applying it to scalable design solutions.

+ Experience presenting design concepts and negotiating feedback with diverse teams.
