Experience with design systems, accessibility, and responsive design is a plus.**Who You Are****What We Value at Kyndryl****Required Skills and Experience*** At least **3 years of experience** in experience design, product design, or a related field.* A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX/UI and visual design work.* Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as **Figma** and/or **Adobe Creative Suite**.* Solid understanding of design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.* Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.* Familiarity with design systems, interaction design, and usability testing.* Strong communication and problem-solving skills — organized, self-directed, and thoughtful in approaching complex challenges.**Preferred Skills and Experience*** Formal education, certification, or training in **Graphic Design**, **UX/UI Design**, or **Interaction Design** — or equivalent practical experience.* Experience working in agile environments and contributing to iterative design processes.* Knowledge of emerging technologies and how they influence user experience.* Comfort with systems thinking and applying it to scalable design solutions.* Experience presenting design concepts and negotiating feedback with diverse teams.**Being You**Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
