Event Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Event Operations Executive to manage our client accounts.
As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for handling client requests and coordinating with internal teams.
- Manage all operational aspects of client accounts, including logistics, staff, and venue management.
- Monitor profit and loss for client accounts and maintain accurate gross profit margins.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and organizers.
You will also be responsible for:
- Coordinating equipment, logistics, and materials for team building activities.
- Planning and coordinating team building events from start to finish.
- Proposing new initiatives with clear action plans that benefit the company.
Requirements include:
- Experience in event management, coordination, or planning (preferred).
- Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think on your feet, solve immediate problems, and improvise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and organized nature.
