Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain direct communication with customers, providing exceptional, friendly, and reliable service.

  • Ensure flight details are provided to customers within the specified time frame after receiving the booking.

  • Verify export document compliance when processing export work orders.

  • Apply the correct export permits and process other export customs in a timely manner.

  • Respond to all calls promptly.

  • Continuously monitor the onboard status and notify customers of any discrepancies or irregularities.

  • Foster effective communication across all relevant departments (e.g., Operations, Warehouse, Traffic, and Planning teams).

  • Ensure that the correct and up-to-date airfreight rates are applied.

Requirements

  • 2 years' experience in air freight logistic industry is preferred
  • Speaks and write Japanese with knowledge of the culture is preferred
