The opportunity
EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution team focuses on addressing CXO’s key agenda, covering strategy creation, operational optimization and deal execution.
This high-performing team has grown rapidly and attracts experienced hires from top management consulting firms.
We are active in the market with several deep accounts focused on Consumer products, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, TMT, Industrials, Automotive and Energy.

Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver value as part of a core engagement team on CXO-level strategy and transformation initiatives, including market entry strategy, growth/turnaround strategy, go-to-market strategy, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration and divestitures, digital, cost and organization transformation, and rapid value creation.
Independently lead engagements end to end—planning, structuring the team, driving execution, leading stakeholder engagements and managing engagement economics.
Drive business development efforts in collaboration with sector leads.
Mentor junior team members to deliver client impact and support their professional growth.
Skills And Attributes For Success
Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with quantitative analysis
Proficiency in verbal and written communication; ability to tailor messaging to the audience
Ability to develop strong and lasting client relationships
Strong project management and leadership skills with a commitment to high-quality work
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage undefined situations
Flexibility to travel within and outside Singapore (mostly ASEAN) based on engagement needs
To qualify for the role, you must have
A master’s degree (MBA advantageous)
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with top strategy firms (preferred) and leading corporates
Experience in strategy, operations, or large-scale business transformation programs
Experience in one or more sectors such as Consumer products, Retail, Healthcare & Life Sciences, TMT, Industrials, Automotive and Energy is advantageous
