Responsibilities
Promote training courses, services or products in fulfilling training needs of the customers’ workforceReach out to new potential customers as well as engaging current account holders in order to achieve the sales goals, objectives and KPIsCustomise sales proposals and presentations in accordance with customers’ training requirementAnalyse market/industry training trends and match to existing and potential customers’ profileCollaborate with trainers/partners to deliver quality program according to the customers’ requirementProvide administrative and logistics support for workshops and training coursesUnderstand customers’ training related concerns and discuss it with the trainers to come out with recommendationsMonthly update on engagement activities, work plans, sales analysis and resultsCreate and maintain a database of current and potential customers Qualifications
