Job Description: Facilities Administrative Assistant
· Provide admin support to our Facilities Management Manager/ Maintenance Department.
· Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance activities and inspections.
· Communicate effectively with internal departments and external contractors
· Sourcing of facility & machinery parts.
· Establishing and maintaining of proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration.
(
service reports, quotations and payments, etc).
· Maintaining of facility and machinery parts inventory.
· Update monthly outlets servicing reports to mall managements.
· Follow up the findings raised by WSHO cum fire safety manager to ensure compliance with regulations.
· Execute any additional duties as assigned by HOD and Management.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Facilities Management/Construction
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in facilities management
· Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
· Detail orientated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Benefit:
· Work time: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday).
· Attire: Casual
· Annual Incentive Bonus: pay out twice in a year - 0.5months of basic salary each period.
