Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Project management of Infrastructure and Sustainability Projects including planning, design, execution & completion for expansion/improvement projects and drive sustainability goals
- Maintain & update Project schedule regularly and prepare Weekly / Monthly Progress report for internal & customers
- Coordinate with contractors for site work activities installation, testing & commissioning and progress report
- Participate in regular project meetings & proactively manage stakeholders' expectations by preparing necessary submissions / agenda / minutes of meeting etc
- Prepare Progress Claims timely and follow up for approval and maintain Progress Claim Summary report
- Escalate challenges / issues to the Project Manager & management to resolve it on time
- Collaborate with Stakeholders, Contractors, Third Parties, Suppliers & internal team members for successful project execution
- Comply with the Project Quality Plan (PQP) document for project execution
- Maintain proper records of project progress/correspondences, as-built drawings and other auditable documentations
- Budget planning/forecast of projects, audits, resources (i.e. energy, water, gases, etc) to deliver effective & efficient support based on sustainable and collaborative outcomes aligned with UTAC best interests
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to review and update sustainability roadmap and plans
- Support to develop AOP and manage expenses according to AOP
- Provide technical assistance, work with operation Team in troubleshooting to restore/resume the operation back to normal and perform root cause analysis and implement action plans to prevent recurrence
- Review and evaluate system capacity/performance/safety to recommend or implement continuous improvement plans
- Collaborate with operation Team to perform analysis of utilities consumption for early detection of anomalies
- Review, maintain and update procedures/specification in Global Documentation Management System
- Support audits (i.e. ISO, IATF, RBA, VDA, EAL6, Customers, etc) and ensure its compliance
- Ensure compliance of authorities' requirements, legislations, codes of practice, etc
- Provide guidance to duty staffs and knowledge sharing with fellow colleagues to continue strengthen the operation
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Working experience in project management
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations has an added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
