- Lead a group of technicians to maintain all the facilities, building, and services systems (ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, BMS, Electrical, ELV, Fire Protection System, Waste Water Treatment System, and ASRS system).
- Carry out in-house preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all facilities, buildings, and services system
- Attend to day-to-day maintenance operations for all facilities, building services system, maintain proper records of maintenance checklists and documentations.
- Liaising and coordinating with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep all the above systems in operational state.
- Perform standby/duty to attend to system fault or after office hours, weekends and public holidays when required
- Minimise all facilities, building and services system downtime during operation.
- Log, update and maintain all facilities, building and services spare parts, tools and instruments.
- Maintain the system compliance documentation and implementation for workplace safety health (WSH)and regulatory requirements
- Provide training to the technician to maintain all the facilities, buildings and services system
- To learn and maintain any other new/additional systems not mentioned above as assigned by HOD.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by HOD.
Job Requirement:
- Possess knowledge of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) will be an advantage
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
- Good understanding of the use handling unit management in SAP EWM /PP will be an advantage.
- ASRS Engineer must have a combination of technical, analytical, and communication skills, as well as experience in warehouse automation systems and project management.
