About the role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Executive to join our dynamic team.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of commercial properties within the Central Region.

What you'll be doing
- Manage the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Monitor and optimise energy consumption and sustainability initiatives across the properties
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of building assets
- Respond to and resolve tenant requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Prepare and manage budgets for facilities-related expenses
- Liaise with property owners and management teams to provide regular updates and recommendations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Proficient in using facilities management software and data analysis tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and environmental sustainability
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field
