Maintenance Supervisor Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of a facility or industrial environment.

- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work to maintenance technicians based on priority, skill level, and workload.
- Inspect and maintain building systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, facilities, machines, and tools to ensure they are safe, reliable, and efficient.
The Maintenance Supervisor works closely with other departments, including engineering, production, and quality control, to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues that impact plant productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Sound understanding of maintenance techniques, tools, and principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proficient in the use of maintenance management software, computer systems, and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
