We are seeking a proactive Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our office environment.
The ideal candidate will perform general repairs, conduct routine inspections, support office operations, and coordinate with vendors to maintain a safe, functional, and well-organized workplace.
Conduct general repair and maintenance of office facilities, including lighting, flooring, ceiling panels, doors, furniture, and minor plumbing or electrical tasks.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of office systems such as air-conditioning, plumbing, and fixtures to ensure safety and compliance with health and safety standards.
Monitor office equipment conditions and coordinate servicing, repairs, or replacements as needed.
Provide general support services including moving items, restocking supplies, and handling internal errands.
Escort and supervise external vendors and contractors during servicing and repairs to ensure adherence to company protocols and security measures.
Liaise with external contractors for specialized maintenance tasks or inspections.
Assist with company events and internal functions by setting up furniture, arranging equipment, and coordinating logistics.
Support workspace reconfiguration, meeting room setups, and minor office relocations.
Respond promptly and professionally to facility-related requests and issues.
Maintain and organize maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment storage.
Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, vendor visits, and facility inventories.
Assist in implementing energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices in the office environment.
Follow workplace safety guidelines and participate in emergency response procedures as needed.
