· Lead daily operations across all project site(s), including preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and civil systems.
· Ensure and supervise all hard services contractors and providers (in-house or outsourced) comply with agreed scope, SLAs, KPIs, HSSE, and quality standards.
· Ensure all scope and works comply with project's requirements, internal procedures, and all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., BCA, SCDF, JTC, NEA, EMA, MOM).
· Supervise hard services contractors to ensure scope adherence and safe work execution.
· Coordinate and plan maintenance shutdowns, inspections, and rectification works with minimal operational disruption.
· Support project's infrastructure reliability initiatives, cost tracking, and preparation of maintenance budgets.
· Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, and permit-to-work documentation.
· Maintain accurate CMMS records, statutory inspection reports, and asset documentation.
· Participate in incident investigations and implement follow-up actions to prevent recurrence.
· Manage budgets, costs, and supplier contracts for the hard services scope, ensuring value optimization without compromising standards.
· Act as the primary liaison for client feedback, addressing workplace experience requirements and service adjustments.
· Support the Key Account Lead/Manager in client reporting, service reviews, and contract performance.
· Ensure proper hard services documentation and adherence to established change-management controls for the site.
