Salary: Basic $2400-$ Months Bonus + Performance + Medical Benefit
Working Hours & Day: 5 Working Days, 8.30am-6pm
Working Location: Ayer Rajah Crescent, Queenstown
Responsibilities
- Perform facilities hook up, equipment installation and general building repair works.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance for all related Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), fire protection system, plumbing system, etc.
- Perform routine checks as per checklists and procedures given for equipment including troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment.
- Required to liaises and co-ordinate with contractors for repair and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment and also man fire pumps or diesel generator during an emergency or when assigned.
- Required to render support to the Company Emergency Response Team and ensure all HSE requirements are fulfilled.
- Required to undertake in any other special projects as and when specified.
- Shall at all times during the employment with the company, respect and comply with the Thales Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security requirements during the performance of duty.
Requirements
- Min Nitec in Building Services or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years relevant working experience in a fast pace and highly automated manufacturing setting environment.
- Must have relevant skills and experience in facilities maintenance, including AHU chillers, DO water systems, fire protection systems, and plumbing & sanitary systems.
- Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, electrical wiring, and the ability to interpret electrical diagrams is preferred.
- Seeking a team player who is a fast learner and hardworking.
