Job description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks related to hiring, onboarding, communication, employer branding, and recruiting for our operations in Singapore.

  • Ensure seamless execution of hiring processes, including work permits, contracts, and insurance policies, in strict compliance with employment regulations
  • Pitch services to clients and welcome walk-ins
  • Provide support for mediation or negotiation when required
  • Advising clients on any queries regarding the recruitment of MDW
  • Manage administrative works with precision and accuracy
  • Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower, third-party organizations, and customers using CRM tools
  • Coordinate with the team to anticipate and overcome potential challenges, ensuring smooth hiring processes

The ideal candidate should have experience with recruitment in migrant worker communities, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.

Fresh graduates are also welcome.
