Achieving the Performance Targets
- Consistently achieve of exceed the assigned sales goals set by management
- Develop existing & recruiting new clientele, using the various CRM tools
Optimizing Client Satisfaction
- Be the ambassador for the assigned brand, able to provide a meaningful storytelling / consultation on the multiple offerings of the brand.
- Discover the needs of the clients through meaningful inquisition, leveraging on instinct and cross-selling techniques to upsell the customer
- Be the very first line of objection handling when navigating difficult situations e.g. returns, repairs, problems with purchases.
Store Operations
- As a team, ensure the operational readiness of the store by participating in the opening and closing, ensuring inventory accuracy by participating in the stock taking, stock counting, loss-control investigations, compliance.
- Perform the cashiering accurately
- Ensure items are adjusted according to the global VM guidelines
Others
- Any adhoc activities, as assigned by the Store Leads
(Key Competencies)
- Ideally 1 Year of related experience in retail, hospitality or service.
- Applicants with no prior fashion retail experience are also welcome to apply.
- Good fashion sense
- Effective sales driver, with good upselling and cross selling techniques due to the nature of the job
- Good communications skills as job emphasizes presentation to clients and collaboration between colleagues
- Effective time and task management
- Good Team Player
