We are looking for a F&B Assistant Manager, Origin Grill to join our team As an F&B Assistant Manager at Origin Grill, you will play a pivotal role in curating a dining experience that goes beyond the ordinary.
Your leadership will guide our team in delivering exceptional service, showcasing the provenance of our ingredients, and crafting memorable moments for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the service team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain the highest standards of ingredient quality and presentation
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience and maintain our commitment to ethical sourcing
Manage guest feedback and address concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Contribute to the creation of a curated wine selection that complements our culinary offerings
Ensures that quality of food / beverage / service provided are consistently maintained
Ensures that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
Maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction
Recommends improvements in all aspects of their appointed sections as appropriate
Conducts market surveys as required and plan / implement appropriate measures to increase market share
To brainstorm / keep updated on new technology to improve work efficiency
Co-ordinates with the Executive Chef on the set-up, implementation and sales of all outlet promotions and menu planning
Ensures that the staff are equipped with proper working environment / tools / knowledge to enable them to be productive and efficient in their work
Observes staff individual performance, grooming, punctuality
Manging staff performance review, roster planning, training and manage any disciplinary issue
Requirements:
Previous experience in upscale dining establishments or fine-dining restaurant
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a service team
Customer oriented, acute attention to details
Good and relationship building and diplomacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for sustainable and ethical sourcing, with a genuine interest in the provenance of ingredients
