We are looking
for a F&B Assistant Manager to join our team!Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Lobby Lounge
Ensure smooth and efficient service during all shifts (including afternoon tea, cocktails, etc.)
Supervise and lead service staff, including training, scheduling, and task delegation
Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and guest experience in line with Shangri-Las brand
Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly
Monitor lounge setup, cleanliness, and overall ambience
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and quality food and beverage service
Support in managing inventory, stock levels, and requisitions
Assist in sales promotions, upselling, and achieving revenue targets
Maintain daily reports and support administrative tasks such as duty rosters and staff briefings
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, local regulations)
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in F&B operations, preferably in a hotel lounge/bar
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
