Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing entire operations in the outlet
Supervise and train the team members in accordance to the service standards, ensure suggestive selling techniques are performance by all team members
Achieve profitability through revenue generation and effective cost control
Ensure guest satisfactions is met with an Awesome experience
Qualifications
Preferably Diploma in Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management
Minimum 1 years’ experience at a managerial level, preferably in a 5 Star Hotel
Possess Wine & Spirit Certificate is an added advantage
Knowledge of various drink recipes and beverage service standards
Good interpersonal and communication skills with cheerful personality
