Choose Your Career Path: Culinary / Service Management
1) Culinary (Kitchen)
- Assist with basic food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
- Wash, peel, chop, and store food ingredients properly
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
- Receive and store kitchen supplies and inventory
- Dispose of waste and follow food safety protocols
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, tools, and work areas
- Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff and be open to feedback
2) Service Management
- Provide excellent customer service during daily operations
- Support order taking, table management, and cashiering
- Handle guest feedback and resolve basic issues
- Assist in supervising floor staff and maintaining service standards
- Ensure outlet cleanliness and hygiene compliance
- Participate in stock checks, team training, and basic admin duties
Salary package up to S$3450 (gross)
Key Requirements
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in any field (no prior experience required)
- Be enthusiastic about hands-on roles with full training provided
- Be open to rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Willing to commit to contractbond (if required)
