Job Description
Select Group is looking for someone who is passionate about F&B business to join our Human Resources (HR) team as we expand our business.
This candidate will be working with the Compensation & Benefits team for administrative and work pass application works.
- Perform employee-related duties at the administrative level
- Familiar with the HR integrated system (Time Management Systems) to provide data entry duties and ensure accuracy of the records in the system
- Perform work pass application of foreign employees (Work Permit/S Pass/Employment Pass)
- Monitor and follow up on work pass New Application and Renewal status with the relevant parties
- Assist the HR team in administrative support such as any letter generation
- Any other duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management or other relevant courses
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Meticulous in Data Entry and System Data Management
- Good Team player
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Candidates with prior experience handling HR integrated system (HRIS) will have an added advantage
